The issues
A Voice for the People
The party has been run as a dictatorship for too long. It is time to reform our processes and make leadership accountable to the county party members. The Georgia GOP does not exist without members who have a robust voice.
Member Engagement & Growth
Georgia counties have more former members than current members due to lack of engagement. People feel underutilized and bored by procedures. Large counties need to "go on the road" to meet members where they live.
Transparency
The Georgia GOP does not have transparent processes and financial records for the members to see where their money is spent. It is time for the Treasurer to be given full access to all financials. Following an audit, financial reports will be posted online for members to see each quarter.
Electing Republicans
Our Republican majority has been eroding. Trump won Georgia by just 2.2% but his numbers suggested a 7% win. All Constitutional officers are on the 2026 ballot but Trump won't be there to help drive voters to the polls. We can't give up these critical offices. We must push for total victory.

The controversy of the Georgia GOP Corporation needs to be addressed so that it is clear to everyone that the members have the power of the Party, not the Chairman. We also need to build out the infrastructure of the party to support our counties.

A Voice for the People
- Accessible Leadership– Currently, it is nearly impossible to determine who is part of the governing body of the GAGOP or contact them because there is no contact information on the website for members of the Executive Committee. I will make committee members email or phone numbers available to the members.
- Online Suggestion Box – A simple way to know what members think is to provide a means of sharing their voice directly with the organization. We will have a “Suggestion Box” that will be monitored daily.
- GAGOP Member Events– Nothing beats face-to-face communication. We will set up regular member events with leadership in the districts where you can have a conversation with leaders.
- Chat with the Chair / Leadership Team: – We will begin hosting a weekly leadership chat with podcasters and social media platforms where members can participate with leadership and message the host in real time.
Member Engagement & Growth
- Communications Committee – Provide a comprehensive communication strategy to give members meaningful insight from all leadership positions. Provide true 2-way communication with members and counties to evaluate party performance and maintain our alignment with the Republican platform.
- Bold Legislative Agenda – Create a member-driven policy platform that reflects Georgia Republican values while strengthening President Trump's platform - starting with hand marked, hand counted at the precinct, paper ballots, eliminating Dominion, and exiting the ERIC system.
- Young Republican Scholarship Program – We need to plant seeds for the future of the Republican Party. We will create a scholarship fund for young Republicans to attend our State Convention so they have an opportunity to participate.
- Fortifying Georgia’s GOP – We will bring Black, Hispanic, Asian, Young, and College Republican associations to the table and provide them with resources and training to help drive grassroots activism by including them in GF26.
- The $20- 1% Grassroots Club - If we can get 1% of Republican's statewide to donate $10 or $20 per month, that initiative can generate $300,000 per month or more. That is $3.6 million annually - more than the GAGOP has ever organically raised each year.
Transparency
- DOGE the GAGOP - We will perform a DOGE audit of current financials to root out waste and maximize the efficiency of every dollar spent.
- Trust Through Transparency – Provide an annual budget and quarterly financial reports to demonstrate accountability and trust to all Republicans.
Electing Republicans
- GeorgiaForce26 (GF26) – We will need a clone of TrumpForce47 to win in 2026. We will use a similar strategy and tactics with more accurate data to get out the vote using teams created from the precincts all the way up to the state level.
- Project Green Dot– Green dots on voter maps represent "independent" voters. We don't know how they vote yet but they can decide elections and 40% of Georgia voters (2,800,000) are independent. We will develop outreach specifically targeted to this group.
- Break Fundraising Records – By demonstrating Truth, Trust and Transparency, members and donors will have confidence their money is going where it is needed most and fundraising will improve dramatically.
- Constitutional Sheriffs Initiative – There are dozens of counties in Georgia where Donald Trump won the popular vote but a Democrat is Sheriff in that county. By converting those county Sheriffs to Republican, other elected offices are likely to convert to Republican helping to drive more Republican candidates and qualifying fees to the county GOP.
- Religious Initiative - Too many of our faithful do not vote. We will create a faith driven outreach team to educate and attract non-voting church attendees. We will remind Democrats that God is not part of their platform.
- Partner with Civic Organizations – Expanding partnerships with chambers, business leaders, Kiwanis, Rotary and other like-minded organizations to maximize conservative impact and election success.
The Corporation - soon to be The Party
- Proper Document Filing– The structure of the organization will be settled once and for all as a Title 21 Party under Georgia Election Law. The word Incorporated will be stripped from the Rules and proper documents will be filed with the Secretary of State.
- County Tech Tool Box - Our county chairs need real tools they can use to harness the power of the members. We will build out a statewide Customer Relationship Database, provide templates for building county websites, and help you automate routine functions so you can focus on relationships.
- Mentoring and Tools for County Chairs - We have some county chairs who do an amazing job leading their counties and we should be leveraging their skills to help others build a superior organization in their county with a Best Practices portal on the GAGOP website just for our leaders.
- The 5-Star Program - David Shafer laid the plans for a measuring tool to help small, medium and large counties understand what it takes to be a high functioning county party and rewarded their efforts with recognition and cash prizes. We will re-introduce that program.
- Five-Year Action Plan – Set long-term objectives for governance, policy priorities, expanding the GAGOP, and increasing member influence.
